We are proud to present the first Football Manager 2024 tactic by FranklyFM84 released for FM24. The Magnificent Infinity 4-3-3 tactic is a balanced system that let you become one step closer to eternal success!
Eventhough we can’t promise ranking up titles or major trophies season after season, this Football Manager 2024 4-3-3 tactic ensures you got the right mix of attacking threats by runs from deep by utilizing the strengths of the Segundo Volante, as well as the defensive solidity to quickly regain possession and block passing lanes with a ball winning midfielder!
In fact, this Football Manager 2024 4-3-3 tactic that I’ve given the name Magnificent Infinity became a labour of love of mine!
Having managed Milan in my FM24 early access save and utilising their setup to develop my own tactic this has become one of my favourite systems. Now, I’m ready to release the Football Manager 2024 Magnificent Infinity 4-3-3 Tactic, and let you experience its wonders!

About the FM24 Magnificent Infinity 4-3-3 Tactic
The Magnificent Infinity 4-3-3 Football Manager 2024 tactic is set up to have a positive mentality which uses the width of the pitch in the attacking third. This tactic is set up to be attacking enough to score a lot of goals whilst being stable and offering a sound defensive base.
Unlike other 4-3-3 tactics that relies on a possession-football philosophy, it has more similarities to Jürgen Klopp’s Gegenpressing than Pep’s Tiki-Taka or positional play, despite utilizing shorter passes. In the Football Manager 2024 Infinity 4-3-3 tactic you will rely on using the width to create chances by passing into the space onto on-rushing forwards and get early crosses into the box, which makes it harder for the opposition to react upon those direct through balls from deep.
Rather than remaining patient, this system aims to use quick short passes and players running with the ball to destabilize the opposition’s defensive block – thereby using movements and a more direct style of play to take advantage of any gaps and spaces to infiltrate the final third and eventually come to goalscoring opportunities.

The Player Roles of Infinity 4-3-3
Sweeper Keeper – Defend
Player Instructions: Tackle Harder
Defence
The tactic plays with wing backs who will offer support to both attack and defending and it has two ball playing defenders who look to move the ball forward to build from the back.
Wing Back – Support (right /Left)
Player Instructions: Dribble More, Tackle Harder, Sit Narrower
Ball Playing Defender – Defend
Player Instructions: Dribble More, Tackle Harder
Midfield
In the centre of the pitch the tactic is built around 3 differing midfield roles. Firstly the Segundo Volante is set to attack to try and be a creative spark and offer those penetrating runs from deep, whilst the other players in midfield are setup to keep the tactic defensively sound.
The Ball Winning Midfielder looks to break up plays higher up the pitch but if anyone can break through, the Defensive Midfielder – Support is there to act as a player who will protect the back four.

Segundo Volante – Attack
Player Instructions: Tackle Harder, Moves Into Channels
Attack
It is equipped with two inside forwards that drive at defences and cause problems in the middle of the pitch allowing the Advanced Forward the space to move around.
The Advanced Forward will push high up the pitch, looking for opportunities that are carved out from the wings or the Segundo Volante behind him.
