FM26 Polish Lower Leagues Database by Bigpole

Have you ever wanted to manage in Poland and work your way up from the fourth level of the Polish league system to Ekstraklasa and battle for the Polish Championship with a smaller club ‘noone’ has never heard of. Now you can!

After the release of the English Lower leagues database, we present the FM26 Polish Lower Leagues database by Bigpole.

This custom database unlocks all divisions down to level 4 in Poland. By activating the third and fourth tier of the Polish league system, you’ll get another LLM challenge to embark on. Here you’ll get the chance to rebuild Stal Stalowa Wola who relegated from the Betclic I Liga after 2024/25 season, or manage Warta Poznań – a former two-times champions of Poland (1929 and 1947).

Whether you wish to take on the challenge to take on a Polish fallen giant such as Warta Poznan or dive deeper into the Polish league system by finding a historic lower league club in the bottom of the playable division of Poland – one of the four groups in the III Liga.

For instance, the FM26 Polish Lower Leagues database represents the chance to meet ŁKS Łomża – a club refounded in 2010 but with a history that dates back to 1926.

Or, create a new legacy with Zawisza Bydgoszcz – a club who now plays in the third division (4th tier) but has previously played in the top division.

In fact, in 2013/2014 they won the Polish Cup and the Polish Super Cup – making them qualify for the UEFA Europa League. However, this wasn’t the first time they participated in an UEFA European competition. In 1993 they participated in the Intertoto cup – managing to win 6-1 against Brøndby and ended on 2nd place in their group.

Now, you can try to create history with a ‘unknown’ Polish lower league side and challenge Legia Warzawa and Lech Poznan to produce the best Polish players on Football Manager. Can you promote from third division and win Ekstraklasa with one of the smallest sides in Poland?

What has been changed in the FM26 Poland Database?

• Added II Liga – playable with recreated promotion and relegation playoffs
• Added III Liga – playable with promotion playoffs
• Added IV Liga non-playable, used for promotion/relegation from III Liga only

Worth to Know

• U21 Squad rewards were changed, I’ve put them as usual with new money distribution rules (all teams get the money, depending on league position)
• II liga playoffs are set just as I liga playoffs (yes, 3–4 days break between last match of regular season and 1st semi-final playoff is normal)
• As usual, promotions and relegations between 3 Liga and IV Liga may not be 100% accurate due to regionalization. Teams should be in the nearest available division if there’s not enough spaces in the right division (teams from north (II Group) won’t be in south division (IV group)).
• No artificial league increase is required for this level, if I’d do lower levels, maybe I would try to restrict this even more, right now default settings set by us researchers are fine.

How to Install the Polish Lower Leagues Database

1) Download the File either via Mediafire or by subscribing to the file on Steam Workshop.

2) Drag the file into your “Editor Data” folder, located at:

• \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 26\editor data
  NB! If this folder doesn’t exist, create it.

3) Quit and Re-start Football Manager if you’re playing it

4) Start a NEW Career

• Select Advanced Setup Career
  Locate Database – ‘Football Manager 26’ button –
  – Click on it to activate the database. It will automatically be activated at launch.

• View under Editor Data Files
• Tick ‘FM26 Polish lower leagues’
• Un-tick any files that may conflict
• Click Confirm

5) Add Poland as playable nation and Confirm

• Click the drop down menu under League Selector and choose your lowest playable division
• Locate Database Size and click on Total Player Count at the bottom of the screen Click the drop down menu : X players
  Select Custom... To experience more players, select either;

1. Nations – Poland – Players based in nation
2. or, Regions – Central Europe – Players based in nations

6) Experience an even more realistic Football Manager 26!
