The first DF11 Update for 2023-2024 includes a full league pack containing 7264 updated player faces for players and staff in Germany, Austria, Canada, England, Norway, Turkey and USA.
On top of that, you will receive worldwide team updates for clubs in Spain, France, Holland, Czech Rep., Portugal, Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil and Tunisia.
Update 2 – 7915 New Player Faces
Released: September 1, 2023
The second DF11 faces update extends the megapack to over 207.400 faces by updating staff and player throughout 4 full leagues including Spanish La Liga, English Premier League, Dutch Eredivisie and German Bundesliga. It brings also updates to player faces in 11 more nations across the world, such as Argentina, Brazil and Austria.
Update 3 – 5025 New Player Faces
Released: October 1, 2023
Update pack of DF11 Faces megapack upgrades the player faces of players and staff in Spanish La Liga 2, Italian Serie A, as well as a number of changes for teams in France, Portugal, Germany, Holland, England and South Africa.
Update 4 – 8446 New Player Faces

The fifth update of DF11 Faces Megapack is the biggest one EVER released! It extends the facepack to 214.800 faces(!) – resulting in the DF11 Megapack establishing themselves as the greatest facepack ever released!
In the latest update you will get faces in brand new countries, such as Japan (J1), Thailand (Premier) and Kenya (Premier). It also updates the Premiership of Scotland, RFEF 1 and 2 of Spain and Belgium 2. Division. It even adds faces to referees!
Important note -> This update also includes the previously released faces for the Japanese J-League. If you installed our previous Japan J1 facepack, we recommend that you remove it from your graphics folder before installing update 5.

DF11 Update 1 FM25 for 2024-25 Season
Released: September 1, 2024
The first update pack for the season 24-25 contains 7605 player faces enabling you to get ready for Football Manager 2025 release.
This update pack takes the Football Manager DF11 Faces Megapack 2025 to over 230,000 player faces and renews and refreshes the images of players for 2024-25 season after the summer transfer window.
Contains new faces for leagues in: England, Germany, Brazil, Austria, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Uruguay and many more!
Note: While most Premier League faces are included to this update, the Man Utd faces may be expected shortly for the release of FM25.
DF11 Update 2 FM25 for 2024-25 Season
Released: October 1, 2024
The second update extends the DF11 Faces megapack with 5962 new player photos for Football Manager 25. It updates player faces of premier divisions in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Peru as well as including updates to the Brazilian Serie B, and the second divisions in Finland and Sweden.

How to download the DF11 Faces Megapack?
1 – Download the file from the official DF11 Megapack download page.
2 – Use ‘Winrar‘ (or 7zip) to extract the downloaded file. (For MAC use ‘Keka Archiver‘ or ‘Decompressor‘)
3 – Place the extracted ‘DF11 Megapack’ folder in the following directory of your computer system:
- WINDOWS >> Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20**\graphics
- MAC >> Users\Username\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20**\graphics
- GAMEPASS / MICROSOFT >> Username\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20**\graphics
* Create the ‘graphics’ folder if it doesn’t exist.
4 – Start Football Manager 2024 (or FM25) & go to:
- Preferences > Advanced > Most Common > Interface
5.1 – Tick on the check box called ‘Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences’
5.2 – Un-tick then box saying ‘Use caching to decrease page loading times’.
5.3 – Press ‘Reload Skin’
5.4 – Hit confirm
6 – Once this is done the DF11 faces should be visible in your FM game. Then, proceed by downloading and extracting the DF11 Faces Update packs to get the most authentic Football Manager 2024 experience.

How to update your DF11 Megapack for FM25?
To get ready for Football Manager 2025, you can download the latest DF11 update packs for FM24 and proceed by downloading the first DF11 Faces update pack for FM25.
- Create a backup of your FM24 DF11 Megapack. Copy all the files to a new folder which could be entitled FM24 DF11 Faces Megapack.
- Add the new season updates to your current DF11 Megapack.
Use the “DF11 update manual” to do it correctly.
The new season updates will start september 1, 2024 and onwards! Update pack 2 will arrive October 1st, 2024. - Your DF11 Megapack contains now the most up-to-date faces for FM25.
- Next step: Move the Graphics folder from FM24 to FM25:
– Copy (or cut) the graphics folder from the FM24 directory. - Paste the Football Manager Graphics folder into this specific location:
