The update brings significant changes to players and staff in Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Denmark, Italy, Switzerland, USA and Wales. On top of that, you’ll also get updated player faces in Ecuador, Czechia, Paraguay, Peru and Venezuela, amongst others.

When downloading update pack 1 you will extend your megapack of faces to over 242,268 photos, and you’ll be able to download the facepack in two versions: Original Version & Lite Version.

Update 2 – 5344 New Player Faces

Released: September 1, 2025
Compatible with: FM26

The second DF11 faces update updates player faces of staff and players for 2025/26 season on Football Manager 2026. This update pack is made for the DF11 Megapack 2026 and helps you to turn your DF11 Faces 2026 Megapack to be ready for Football Manager 26!

This update makes significant improvements to several big nations. Faces of players and staff in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany and Switzerland will see significant changes.

Update 3 – 5370 New Player Faces

How to download the DF11 Faces Megapack?

1 – Download the file from the official DF11 Megapack download page. The DF11 Facepack for FM25 is available in two versions:

A) Original DF11 Facepack (appr. 17Gb)
It requires a Torrent client to start the download and is free to download.

NB!You need at least 38GB free disk space on board of your PC to unpack & install the Megapack file as smooth as possible.

B) Lite Version (6GB Compressed)
The Lite version is available to download from Google Drive, HiDrive, OneDrive or Syncdrive and requires you to schedule a time for the download to start.
NB! Using this extra download option costs €5 Euro.

2 – Once the DF11 Facepack is downloaded to your computer. Use ‘Winrar‘ (or 7zip) to extract the downloaded file. (For MAC use ‘Keka Archiver‘ or ‘Decompressor‘)

5.1 – Tick on the check box called ‘Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences’
5.2 – Un-tick then box saying ‘Use caching to decrease page loading times’.
5.3 – Press ‘Reload Skin’
5.4 – Hit confirm

To get ready for Football Manager 26, you can download the latest DF11 update packs for FM24 and proceed by downloading the first DF11 Faces update pack for FM26.

1. Create a backup of your FM24 DF11 Megapack. Copy all the files to a new folder which could be entitled FM24 DF11 Faces Megapack.
2. Add the new season updates to your current DF11 Megapack.
   Use the “DF11 update manual” to do it correctly.
3. Your DF11 Megapack contains now the most up-to-date faces for FM26.
4. Next step: Move the Graphics folder from FM24 to FM26:
   – Copy (or cut) the graphics folder from the FM24 directory.
5. Paste the Football Manager Graphics folder into this specific location:
