For over 5 years I’ve had the pleasure to produce a youth talent database for Football Manager that continues our attention on the best young talents in world football.

The FM22 NextGen Database will be your source for the potential FM23 wonderkids and talents – those 16 year old emerging talents that are too young to be included in Football Manager 2022.

About FM22 NextGen Talents Database

The current edition of the NextGen database is intended to be used for Football Manager 2022 and includes over 250 of the best young talents in world football.

Passion4FM’s NextGen Database will therefore be your source for the next generation of talents and your chance to discover some of the potential wonderkids for Football Manager 2023 – all depending on whether the players listed below will get specific permission to appear in Football Manager 2022 , or whether they are born after 01.09.2005.
