Tato23 FM23 skin features (version 1.0):
The Tato skin for Football Manager 2023 comes with an overall appearance you’ll be familiar with from the default Football Manager skin but with a redesign that brings more details to all the most important screens. Basically the main emphasis of the redesign is usability and provide more information to help you make more better decisions based on statistics and feedback.
The Tato skin for Football Manager 2023 is based on Tad Twenty and #tato22 skins to get the current lovely appearance.
The club information and overview of the club’s profile includes a number of new panels that increases the number of information available to you. Here you’ll get exact information about the average age of the squad, their training facility levels or profiles of key players with key attributes for their position displayed.
It exists 8 different headings which you can browse by, giving you the preferred club overview something useful if you like to have their kits visible, supporter confidence, or club atmosphere visible.
Re-Styled Player Profile
Pop-Up Player Profiles in Lists
The skin also comes with a new and improved pop-up player profile with more information when you hover over the smaller icon player faces in lists. added is the ability to see their best player role and duty, strongest foot along with other basic information such as height, weight and contract expiry date.
Instant Result Button
For some, the instant result button is a useful feature, at least when going through the pre-season or playing more unimportant matches. The Tato FM23 skin includes an instant result button both before matches and in-game. Once the team meetings and final team selection have been done, you’ll have the option to simulate the match with a click of a button.
A Comprehensive Home Panel
The Tato’22 skin has been redesigned to provide you with more information on each screen to help you make more informed decisions! Even though some of you might not visit the Home Screen that often, the Tato Home Panel includes more options to learn more about your squad, or the next opponent.
At default, the Home Panel shows an analysis of the next opponent as seen below, but it can also show Social Groups, the Squad, Squad Depth and Assistant Report, something that’s not possible in the default skin.
Expanded Competition Panel
Just like the Home Panel, sub-sections have also been added to the Competition panel. The default view gives you an overall insight to key player stats but by clicking on the different Headlines you’ll see Competition Rules, Team Detailed Stats, Player Detailed Stats and or Past winners.
Improved Touchline Tablet & Information Pop-ups between Match Highlights
The improvements to the in-match experience is a highly-welcomed addition. With two useful buttons added to the touchline tablet, Make subs and Opposition Instructions you’ll be able to address necessary changes quickly and efficiently.
The 2D match view gives you the ability to see match stats and other useful statistics to the left and right side of the match screen. By clicking the Touchline Tablet button, you’ll be able to switch between different sub-menus concerning match statistics and the performance of your team, the opposing team and/or the players. You can watch the current passing network as the match unfolds, the heat map or match stats – something that will help you make more informed decisions.
Left & Right foot strength on the Opposition Instructions screen
A handy feature of Tato23 is the ability to directly see the opposing player’s strongest and weakest foot within the opposition instruction screen. This gives you the ability to set show onto weaker foot without having to click on the player’s profile.
Overall, the Tato23 skin takes advantage of any dead spaces within each panel to provide you with as much information possible. This is evident in the Staff Overview screen, which now includes an overview of all the different backroom staff within the Coaching, Recruitment or Medical Team. You’ll be able to directly compare the staff’s attributes levels or view their contracts without having to visit the different sub-sections originally created for this purpose.
Personally, I’ve never seen someone presenting the strength of a players’ left or right foot within the Tactics Screen or the Opposition Instructions. It’s handy, very useful and basically why I believe it’s the best skin for Football Manager 2023 ever created!
