Last year we broke it down to the top 10 leagues of Football Manager, but this year we take it back to basic by providing you with the top 100 clubs’ starting transfer budgets and wages at the start of the Football Manager 2018 campaign. We’ve decided to reveal the highest transfer budget that’s available to allocate which features a positive available wage budget per week. This means that there might be more money available in the transfer budget to allocate, but by maximizing it the wage budget will turn negative, meaning you might sell one or more players at high wages to be able to keep a positive balance. You may say it’s the maximum allowed transfer budgets available for these top 100 clubs of Football Manager 2018.
What’s definitely certain is that the transfer budgets can be increased to a wider extent in order to increase the funds of wages.
The transfer budgets and wage budgets listed below will be rounded up to the nearest hundred thousand or the closest whole number. For instance when transfer budgets are €3.099.586, we have rounded it up to €3.1Mill. We have decided to not include the transfer budgets of unplayable leagues which requires a database extension to unlock, such as clubs in Qatari Stars League or Japan.
