By handing you our recommendations of lower league clubs in Football Manager 2019 with the best training facilities you’ll get the ultimate tips for clubs to start with in the lower leagues which you can focus on player and youth development. Here you will find minor clubs around the globe – from the lower leagues of England to the last playable divisions in Argentina, Sweden or Czech Republic.

About The Ranking
When creating this list of clubs with best training facilities in the lower leagues I’ve been forced to set some criterias in order to limit the amount of clubs.
First of, this ranking is primarily sorted by worst to best training facilities. Then we have compared each clubs youth facilities, junior coaching and youth recruitment and sorted them thereafter. You’ll find Lower league clubs with good training facilities or better included in the list in additional to a selected few clubs with average training facilities and youth facilities that I believe you’ll find interesting to manage.
Our ranking of FM19 lower league clubs with good training facilities excludes clubs included in the previous released ranking of best youth academy clubs. We have also taken the liberty to exclude clubs based in the top two division levels at the major leagues such as England, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Germany and France.
Primarily you’ll find mostly clubs based from division level 3 or below (for the biggest nations), but you’ll also find clubs from level 2 at minor nations such as Czech Rep., Romania, Turkey, Sweden, Denmark and similar rated nations. Some lower league clubs that require an unofficial complete league database to unlock the division level to manage may be featured and are marked with a * after the club name.
Football academies, reserves / b-teams, youth teams and clubs outside the default playable leagues and nations is not listed below, but we have included some exceptions (marked with *) as they might be a great recommendation for a new save if you download a lower league database based on that nation.
The finish product of the ranking of lower league clubs with the best training facilities are founded upon the playable leagues of the official 19.2 database released by Sports Interactive. This means that the information provided below are the set number from the 19.2 database.
Featured in the ranking of the best lower league clubs with the highest training facility is each clubs starting transfer budget and remaining wage budget included, as well as their media prediction for the first season (2018-2019). This means that some of the clubs will be in the middle of the season.
